Beales Hotel in Hatfield were looking to upgrade their Property Management System to Visual One. At the time they were unhappy with the quality of the support they were receiving from their IT provider. They were increasingly frustrated with seeing a different technician on each visit, none of whom seemed to know what was going on.
They contacted Visual One and asked them to recommend a supplier. As Entegraty had worked with Visual One on a number of successful projects, and we were in the right locality, Entegraty emerged as a sensible choice. Entegraty were asked to submit a Response To Tender and were then offered the contract.
