Client: Best Western Botleigh Grange Hotel and Spa, Southampton
Background: The Botleigh Grange Hotel is situated in an idyllic location, 1 mile from Junction 7 of the M27 motorway, 1 hour's drive from London. This traditional hotel is set in stunning grounds with two lakes. Approaching the Hotel there are fields on both sides of the driveway where the magnificent Highland cattle graze freely.
Their award winning restaurant, with its glass domed ceiling and views overlooking the gardens, was added to the hotel in 1992 and has been described as “the most attractive in Hampshire”.
Having the largest conference facilities in the south, the hotel's famous Hampshire Millennium Suite offers businesses the very latest technology and conference facilities.
The Botleigh Grange Hotel were looking to upgrade their Property Management System to Fidelio, a software package that Entegraty have worked with successfully previously for a number of clients.
However, it soon transpired that the existing IT infrastructure was going to be incompatible with the new system. As Fidelio did not have the necessary skills in-house they recommended Entegraty to step in and help to resolve the infrastructure compatibiltiy issues.
As time was of the essence, Entegraty very quickly carried out a site audit and were able to make a number of recommendations. We had to specify a compatible system, source the components, configure the systems and, finally, complete the install - all in less than a week!
Currently, Entegraty offer Help Desk support and a range of IT Manged Services including support for their Microsoft servers, including Exchange Server .
