Onsite Training ClinicsIf you can't get away from the office or if you want a refresher course on site, our training clinics will represent a good training solution. On site clinics are an affordable alternative to sending all of your key users on an external training course.

During the initial implementation of you CRM system, our consultants will work directly with your technical administrators to train, document, and transfer knowledge on critical components of your new system. When your implementation has been tested and is ready for full deployment, our Professional Services consultants will hold classroom-style training sessions at your office, or our corporate headquarters, for your users. To maximixe its effectiveness, we customise your training experience with specific language and examples from your industry and business. If you are upgrading from a previous version and already ahave an existing database, we can even bring your database to our classroom so you're working with the same fields and functionality that you use every day.
