In the vast majority of cases, support issues can be resolved over the telephone or by accessing your network/desktop remotely. However, there may be occasions where more complex network or infrastructure issues will require on site attendance by a technician. Entegraty offers onsite IT support either as part of an all-inclusive support agreement or as an Ad Hoc service as and when required. In either case, site attendance will be carried out as per a pre-agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Entegraty’s SLA includes work through to completion. This means that we will be ready to work through all hours to complete the works.
